I remember this….Was sitting with an Executive getting a new device configured for him when it was taking FOREVER for mail to download. Contacted the Lotus Notes “guru” and was told that he was too busy to talk with me. Had the person who is covering for another Notes dude call me and had no idea what was going on. By the time the conversation was over the issue seemed to have fixed itself, after 4 hours. Turns out the dip shit Notes “guru” had implemented a change the night before and was causing mail to take forever to download… asshat! 🤬🤬🤬
